The philosophy is simple at Echoes – it’s all about the food and location, location, location. Boasting a view that has to be seen to be believed (right on the edge of the Jamieson Valley at Echo Point), this is a chic, contemporary restaurant, part of the boutique Echoes Hotel. Dining here is an elegant affair, often book-ended by cocktails and liqueurs at the Echoes Bar, which hovers tantalisingly over the reception foyer.
