Situated on the western foreshore of Lake Burrinjuck, the state park camping area offers a huge array of facilities and activities. Accommodation options include self-contained cottages and cabins, and powered and unpowered caravan sites. Facilities and activities include volleyball and tennis courts, a kids’ playground, conference centre, laundry and kiosk. You’ll need to book ahead in peak periods.

Lake Burrinjuck is a stunningly scenic spot: at times swathed in mist; at others, sun-kissed and sparkling. Bushwalkers can satisfy their cravings in the surrounding bushland, while water babies can choose from swimming, fishing, sailing, paddling and waterskiing. Burrinjuck Waters State Park is 50 km south-west of Yass via Burrinjuck Rd, off the Hume Hwy near Bookham.
