This is a peaceful picnicking and camping area surrounded by a 60-year-old pine forest. There are picnic tables, walking tracks and trout in the creek nearby. It’s 20 km south of Orange via Cadia Rd then Four Mile Creek Rd. Bring your own drinking water.

This campsite is located in Canobolas State Forest

Canobolas State Forest surrounds the Canobolas State Recreation Area, home to Mt Canobolas, at 1395 m the highest peak between the Blue Mountains and the Indian Ocean. The state forest is 15 km south-west of Orange via Cadia Rd, off Forest Rd.
