Everview Retreat is set on half a hectare of pristine countryside with spectacular panoramic views. The retreat’s two stone cottages are light and bright, built from handcrafted granite and basalt, and have been christened with Welsh names: the romantic Gwyfyd (‘bliss’) cottage and the family-style Taweleh (‘serenity’) cottage. From Gwyfyd’s studio-style abode, you can relax in the spa while feasting on vineyard and olive-grove views and Mount Canobolas in the distance. Taweleh cottage is a two-bedroom oasis with a double hammock taking in the Lachlan Valley views. Gourmet food hampers are available.
