In the historic town of Millthorpe, Tonic showcases modern country life at its best. Effervescent chef Tony Worland, a student of Sydney chef Matt Moran, is fast gaining a loyal following, and the restaurant sparkles with high ceilings, tranquil green decor and snowy white linen. Worland serves contemporary fare with a strong regional influence, such as Cowra lamb loin with creamed potato, ratatouille and rosemary jus. For dessert, try the decadent peach soufflé with double cream.
