This is 4WD access only along the Turon River Track, 12 km south-west of Capertee. It’s a peaceful, spacious spot next to the Turon River, where you can fish, swim or watch for birds by the water. Bring your own drinking water and firewood.

This campsite is located in Turon National Park

Aboriginal and European history abounds in this national park, 5 km south-west of Capertee. The Turon River has its source here, the site of a major goldrush in the 1850s. Travel to and within the park is by 4WD or mountain bike.
