This campsite is located in Warrumbungle National Park

At Warrumbungle National Park, rocky spires emerge from heavily forested valleys and peaks, and gorges slice deep into the landscape. With its strange volcanic terrain, fresh mountain air and excellent camping, this is one of NSW’s most popular parks. It is definitely worth spending a few days here to give yourself a chance to do some of the many walks. For a truly special experience, hike out to Macha Tor to watch the rocky spires of the Grand High Tops come to life at sunrise. And though strenuous, the climb up to the Grand High Tops is rewarded with fantastic views.
