Located just off Diamond Head Rd (Coral Ville–Laurieton Rd) on the north side of Diamond Head, this 80-site spot has pride of place by the windswept beach. Take care when swimming, as beaches aren’t patrolled. There’s a short loop walk to Indian Beach, with gorgeous views along the coast, mountains and forest and there is 4WD beach access to Laurieton from here. Bring your own water.

This campsite is located in Crowdy Bay National Park

Crowdy Bay National Park is a coastal ribbon of lowlands with rocky outcrops and sandy beaches, set on the seaside 5 km south of Laurieton. The park is ideal for low-key, nature-based activities: camping, bushwalking, birdwatching, fishing, swimming and combing the rockpools. When camping, you need to bring drinking water and firewood.
