Dangerous Dan’s Butchery
It may seem a little unusual to feature a butcher, but only if you haven’t tasted the sausages. They are heaven. Staff here are a delight and can tell you everything there is to know about their famous product. These butchers believe in the ‘gate to plate’ philosophy and grow many of the spices, herbs and vegetables themselves. Incidentally, there is a fascinating story about Dangerous Dan and a sausage recipe that deserves to be heard, so make sure you ask when you visit.
