Sandbar and Bushland Caravan Parks

Some 20 km south of Forster, this park at Sandbar is tucked away in a secluded bush location on the shores of the tranquil Smiths Lake, just a short walk from Sandbar Beach. There are in fact two separate parks here, one in the bush and one by the lake. Set on over 240 ha of bushland, this place even boasts its own nine-hole golf course. The 3.5-km access road is unsealed. Bookings are required in peak periods and a minimum-length stay applies at Christmas and Easter.
