The Basin is open and grassy, and you can swim in the creek here if it’s warm enough. The Rock Lily Walking Trail starts here – a pleasant trip through eucalypt forest, rocky overhangs and rainforest gullies. The camping ground is on Walkers Ridge Forest Rd, 8 km east of The Letter A on George Downes Dr. There’s water in the creek, but you’ll need to boil or treat it before drinking or bring your own.
