This gorgeous little bakery is more of a cafe selling bread than a bakery selling coffee. The food has really taken off, and customer demand is high. The sausage rolls are among the best you will ever taste and there is a salad bar with crunchy fresh greens for lunch, a perfect match for the homemade quiches available. There is also a huge variety of cakes; the most popular by a mile is the ‘Bee Sting’, a sweet bun with a custard and fresh cream centre topped with apple or apricot crumble. We note that Bee Stings are smuggled onto flights back to Sydney on a regular basis.
