Snowy Mountains Alpine Cabins
Situated 8 kilometres north-west of Adaminaby, Snowy Mountains Alpine Cabins are perched high in the mountains and set on 140 hectares of rugged bushland complete with a creek, a natural stream brimming with trout and a dam. The four-star, one- or three-bedroom cabins are completely self-contained and comfortably furnished, and each has a lovely verandah. There are domestic animals to greet you, including the irrepressible cockatoo Snowy, who is a favourite with children. The owners encourage guests to visit year-round; in the summer months activities include trout fishing, canoeing, horseriding, bushwalking or, best of all, just relaxing.
