Rick Stein at Bannisters
From its vantage point on the headland with sprawling ocean views, Bannisters exudes style, in both its ambience and, notably, its food. This is a restaurant well worth a detour, with each dish a work of art featuring the best local produce. The verdict on the pan-roasted barramundi fillet with parsley potato purée and courgette fritters is ‘simply delectable’. The daily breakfasts are also outstanding and well worth staying the night for. This is a special dining experience.
