One of the most picturesque areas of the New South Wales coast, Jamberoo was once tropical forest but is now a town of rolling hills in the Jamberoo Valley. The town is still surrounded by nature reserves and national parks, but is now situated on the lush green dairy pastures that have made Jamberoo prosperous as a dairy farming region. The surrounding forests are popular with bushwalkers and birdwatchers.
