Where to Eat
A casual cafe by day, 55 on Collins serves seriously good coffee, breakfast and lunch for all who crowd inside to munch and sip and admire the local artwork showcased throughout the premises. As daylight fades, the cafe dresses up for dinner with elegance and style, cosy candlelight and double-clothed tables, inviting guests to relax over a meal of locally sourced produce. This is a great little spot to stop on a visit to the famous blowhole.
