Views of the Richmond River don’t get much better than the vista from Pelican 181’s relaxed dining area. There are pleasant eating areas outside under large umbrellas from which you can kick back and watch the anglers on the jetty, the fishing trawlers cruising, and the interesting tide of humanity flowing past. The seafood platter is a favourite for its fresh crayfish, and meat lovers should definitely try the Guinness beef pie.
