Tranquil and secluded, Doon Goonge is accessed by 4WD (off-road camper trailers permitted), mountain-bike or on foot – via Chandlers Fire Trail or Quartz Rd. Once here, experienced bushwalkers can explore the Chaelundi Wilderness Area, providing they’re self-sufficient and armed with detailed, up-to-date topographic maps. Bring your own firewood and drinking water.
