Known as one of the best restaurants in the area, Paupiettes serves honest French cuisine blended with a contemporary Australian style and Asian influences. Specialities include duck confit, Moreton Bay bugs on house-made pasta and a twice-cooked cheese soufflé. The chef also uses local fruits such as raspberries and limes in his excellent desserts. The restaurant has been recently renovated and now features artworks and a more intimate dining environment.
