Connect with your inner hippie and stop for lunch at Nimbin’s best-loved cafe. As the name suggests, Rainbow Cafe is an open and colourful space serving healthy and delicious food, with numerous vegetarian options available. The shady courtyard out the back is a bohemian retreat from some of the less ‘attractive’ elements to be seen on the town’s main street (though you are still sure to detect the smell of Australia’s self-proclaimed marijuana capital). Lunch items include salad wraps, burgers and a hearty lasagne, as well as refreshing organic fruit juices. Breakfast is available all day.
