Stay near the oldest standing homestead in the NT, Springvale Homestead, built in the 1880s. At 3pm most days there is a Devonshire tea and discussion of the homestead’s history. At night there’s also a crocodile cruise. The park has budget accommodation, a bistro and kiosk, a swimming pool and waterslide, as well as unpowered and powered sites. Follow the Victoria Hwy (Savannah Way) south of Katherine for 10 minutes, then turn right into Zimin Dr and cross the river before turning left into Shadforth Rd.
