Marksie's Stockman's Camp Tucker Night

This is a memorable experience for the whole family. While Marksie entertains you with Aussie yarns, you sit around a campfire eating traditional outback tucker: kangaroo, buffalo, camel, coal-fired vegetables, damper, gem scones with native jams, and gumleaf billy tea. For the kids, there is a scavenger hunt and a billy-spinning competition. Dessert is bush ‘ice-cream’ – damper is cooked on a stick and the cavity left by the stick is filled with golden syrup. Wallabies appear out of the surrounding shadows, and stars sparkle in the sky, undimmed by city lights.
