Aussie outback meets American Wild West at this saloon-style pub and restaurant, which is packed to the rafters with Top End character – from its Outback Mixed Grill, featuring kangaroo, camel and crocodile, to its life-sized Ned Kelly replica, bar made from recycled Ghan railway sleepers and snake cage housing Jangles the carpet python. Meat is the menu’s mainstay – if you make it through The Bigger Bugger rump steak the staff will present you with a certificate – but there are also chicken, seafood and vegetarian options.
