Barkly Homestead camping area
Campsite
The last fuel stop before crossing over into Queensland on the Barkly Hwy, the homestead is about 210 km east of Tennant Creek. There isn’t much to do in the area – the Devils Marbles are probably the closest attraction, and they’re more than 200 km away. However, there are powered and unpowered campsites, and a licensed pub. Some firewood is supplied.
