Set on Trephina Creek, about 1 km before the Gorge campground at the end of the unsealed road, this site is unsuitable for trailers or caravans.  Swimming holes are extremely cold and there may be submerged rocks and logs.

This campsite is located in Trephina Gorge Nature Park

One of the most delightful quiet spots in the Red Centre, Trephina Gorge Nature Park has beautiful swimming holes lined with river red gums and surrounded by cliffs. There are some excellent bushwalks, including the Chain of Ponds and Ridgetop Trail. The nature park is 85 km east of Alice Springs, and is accessible to all vehicles.
