Daisy Hill Koala Centre

This is a chance to see koalas up close (though you are not allowed to touch them). There are displays about a koala’s life cycle and how animals in Australia have changed since the time of the dinosaurs. Climb the treetop tower to spot koalas in the adjacent conservation park. Better still, visit the park and look for red-necked wallabies as well as koalas, have a picnic, and take a walk along the short trails and read the interesting interpretive signs.
