Bushfire Flame Grill
It’s certainly an international menu here at the Pacific International Hotel’s restaurant. Entrées and desserts are delicious, many of them using regional ingredients from the Cairns highlands, such as Mungalli Creek cheeses, sugar cane, Gagarra rainforest honeys and tropical fruits. Steak is very popular, cooked either à la carte, as Brazilian churrasco from the flame grill or Ishiyaki, essentially a Japanese barbecue with organic beef cooked and presented on a volcanic hot rock.
