A maximum of 6 self-sufficient campers are permitted to stay at this sandy site by the Archer River in the Langi section of the park. No facilities are provided, so bring all self-sufficient camping gear, including drinking water, rubbish bags and firewood or a gas/fuel stove.

This campsite is located in Oyala Thumotang National Park (CYPAL)
An enormous wilderness park in central Cape York Peninsula, Oyala Thumotang National Park (CYPAL) covers 381 000 ha between the Coen and Archer rivers. The region is the home of the Wik Mungkan, Southern Kaanju and Ayapathu Indigenous peoples. 4WD access is from the Peninsula Developmental Rd, 24 km north of Coen; the ranger headquarters is 72 km west of the Peninsula Developmental Rd. Note: the park is closed Dec–Apr each year for the wet season. Advance bookings are required for camping.
