Camping is permitted anywhere on Turtle Group A, the second largest islet in the Turtle Group, west of Turtle Group B. There are no facilities on site; bring all self-sufficient supplies. Note: fishing is prohibited in the waters surrounding the Turtle Group.

This campsite is located in Turtle Group National Park

Turtle Group National Park protects 4 very small islands in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, about 30 km west of Lizard Island. Access is by private boat only. Visitors should be aware that estuarine crocodiles live in the surrounding waters and that marine stingers are present Oct–May. Advance bookings are required for camping.
