Also known as Mimosa Creek, this camping area is 8 km from the park entrance and can be reached with a conventional vehicle. There are 16 numbered sites with a maximum of 6 people per site, ideal for camping beside your car, or for small camper trailers (no caravans). Bring drinking water and firewood.

This campsite is located in Blackdown Tableland National Park

The traditional home of the Ghungalu people, Blackdown Tableland National Park is in the north-east corner of the central Qld sandstone belt. Its gorges and waterfalls offer spectacular scenery, and rock faces with Ghungalu artwork highlight the wonderful cultural significance of the land. The signed turn-off on the Capricorn Hwy is 11 km west of Dingo or 110 km east of Emerald. Advance bookings are required for all camping.
