Fantastic for fishing and wildlife-watching, the campground is accessible by 4WD or boat along Rules Beach; check tides and entry points before proceeding to the beach. There are no facilities so you’ll need to bring water, a gas/fuel stove and all self-sufficient camping equipment.

This campsite is located in Broadwater Conservation Park

Broadwater Conservation Park lies between Baffle and Deepwater creeks. Visitors can swim at the beach, but note that it is unpatrolled and marine stingers are present Oct–May. There is 4WD beach access at low tide; check tides and access points before proceeding onto the beach. Anglers need to familiarise themselves with the rules and zones of Great Barrier Reef Marine Park before casting off. Advance bookings are required for all camping.
