A fantastic spot for big barramundi fishing, Lake Monduran is 20 km north-west of Gin Gin and 4.5 km east of the Bruce Hwy. The campground, on Claude Wharton Dr, has free wireless internet, laundry facilities, a kiosk, fish-cleaning tables, tackle shop and boat hire. There’s also a golf course nearby at Gin Gin and it’s less than an hour’s drive to Bundaberg’s distillery and shopping. Bookings are recommended for powered sites and cabins.
