Many guests stay on after attending one of the weekly cooking classes in Australian cuisine here, spending a day learning about food and then creating and enjoying a three-course lunch with wine. There are three fully self-contained cottages, and because of the elevation, overlooking World Heritage–listed rainforests and the Border Ranges, you can enjoy a log fire winter and summer.
