This campsite is located in Moogerah Peaks National Park

This small national park includes a number of isolated mountain peaks, such as Mt Edwards (632 m), Mt French (579 m), Mt Greville (770 m) and Mt Moon (784 m), the result of volcanic activity in the area some 22 million years ago. The vegetation on the mountains is mainly open eucalypt forest, with spotted gum, grey gum and stringybark. Advance bookings are required for camping.
