Veraison

Given that its name refers to the ripening of the grape, it’s hardly surprising that the wine list here is impressive. Not only is it huge (their cellar boasts more than 500 bottles), but it also includes many labels dating back to the best of the 1990s, and there is a very generous by-the-glass menu. Seasonal dishes might include the likes of braised pork belly with stuffed pear and puy lentils or rabbit saddle with fennel, semolina and olive gnocchi. There is also a degustation menu.
