Waddy Point camping area
Campsite
Waddy Point is a fenced clearing with 30 tent sites, 3 camper trailer sites, and a group camping area nearby for up to 40 people. It is on the north-east coast of Fraser Island, about 5 km north of Indian Head, and accessible only by 4WD. Facilities include flushing toilets, hot showers (coin operated) and a waste transfer system 500 m from the campground. Use the communal fire rings for campfires. Generators are not permitted.
