Bayswater Bistro & Bar

Located at Peppers Pier Resort, the Bayswater Bistro concentrates on seafood. Specialties of the house include salt and Sichuan pepper squid with lime aioli, and grilled Hervey Bay scallops with coconut, kaffir lime and lemon grass dressing. Along with seafood, the menu includes some excellent low-priced simple meals as well as more complex dishes.
