Campsite
This basic campground is on Savannah Way (Gulf Developmental Rd), about 90 km east of Normanton. You need to bring drinking water and firewood; generators are permitted. Normanton is the major commercial centre of the Carpentaria Shire, a popular region for barramundi fishing. The town is about 380 km north of Cloncurry and 680 km west of Cairns.
