The Lake Campground
Campsite
Camp on the shores of freshwater Lake Dunn, 68 kilometres north-east of Aramac. Traditional owners call it Pajingo Bola (Big Fella Waterhole), but this is desert country so you might find it too shallow for swimming or boating after a long dry. Once it has rained the lake covers 20 sq km and is rich with birds and the red sand desert is in bloom with spinifex grass and wild heather.
