This small, laid-back restaurant offers simple, fresh and flavoursome Mediterranean and Modern Australian food, with its seasonal salads a special treat. Owner/chef Gary Skelton has run several successful restaurants in inner Sydney and at Noosa. His signature dish, grilled lamb pizza, has adapted well since its original creation in Sydney’s Surry Hills.
