The Ginger Factory This award-winning complex is devoted to everything ginger. Visitors can see Gingertown, watch ginger-cooking demonstrations, see ginger being processed and ride on the historic Queensland Cane Train through subtropical rainforest. Bunya Park is a small wildlife sanctuary in the factory grounds – a highlight is the exotic flowering gingers; Pioneer Rd.
