Swamp Bay camping area (walk-in camping)

Walk 2.1 km from the Swamp Bay/Mt Rooper carpark to this campground overlooking Daydream Island (no vehicle access). A pit toilet, shelter shed and picnic tables are the only facilities, so you need to bring all self-sufficient goods and equipment. Keen bushwalkers should check out the Swamp Bay walking track (2.1 km, 1 hr) which links to the scenic Mt Rooper track. Beach fishing is permitted at Swamp Bay and Coral Beach (check the regulations).
