Yamanie camping area (bush camping)

Campsite

Bush camping along the banks of the Herbert River is permitted at this site, 54 km west of Ingham. Access to the area is by 4WD only and campers need to be completely self-sufficient. Fires and generators are not permitted and no rubbish bins are provided. Note: estuarine crocodiles inhabit the surrounding waters of Yamanie camping area.
