Enjoy the sea views and if you really want a feast, order the seafood platter. It has steamed and barbecued Queensland prawns, red claw, a half crayfish, Sichuan pepper calamari, beer-battered red emperor, grilled scallops, oysters, chips and salad. If that’s not quite enough, order a whole crayfish rather than a half. Steaks include grass-fed black Angus from Tasmania and grain-fed wagyu from the Queensland Darling Downs. Chefs will also tailor meals for special diets.
