For more than a generation this basement dining room has quietly set the standard for Indian cuisine in South Australia. Even familiar dishes – lamb korma, butter chicken, beef vindaloo – are brought to life thanks to quality ingredients and rich, vibrant spicing. Many authentic regional dishes also grace the menu, like a zingy Goanese fish curry and a rich Punjubi lamb from the tandoor.
