R. M. Williams Outback Heritage Museum

Reginald Murray Williams was a classic example of the 1930s battler. He made his first pair of boots in outback South Australia and later started up a ‘factory’ in his father’s shed. Out of this grew an Australian legend. This museum, on the site of that shed, charts the story of his life in fascinating photographs, objects and displays. 5 Percy St, Prospect; open Mon–Fri; admission free.
