This campsite is located in Lincoln National Park
Within easy reach of Port Lincoln, this many-faceted peninsula feels like a land apart. It’s home to some of SA’s finest beaches and coastal camping. As well as having fish to catch and beaches to swim from, the park is a priceless bushland refuge for native wildlife and seabirds, and plenty of sea lions and dolphins. The storm-ravaged southern shore has dramatic scenery, with a history to match. The camping areas are for self-sufficient campers equipped with firewood and water; permits are required. Some heritage accommodation is also available for rent in the park. For keen bushwalkers, the Investigator Trail is the highlight of the park; it can be done as a multi-day walk, or shorter sections can be completed as day or overnight walks.
