Appila Springs camping area
Campsite
A time-honoured traveller’s stop 8 km north-east of Appila, this camping area is in the rolling farm country of the mid-north. Though on one of the region’s backroads, it’s central to several historic and appealing towns, including Laura, Wirrabara and Jamestown. The camping is in a quiet nook accessible off Appila–Tarcowie Rd. Bring your own firewood, water and stove. No camping is permitted during the Nov–Apr fire-ban season.
