This campsite is located in The Dutchmans Stern Conservation Park

Though small, this park has dramatic landforms and one of the best day-walks in the state. It’s perched at the head of Spencer Gulf and is the northernmost stronghold of sugar gum woodland in the Flinders Ranges. The climb to the summit of the bluff reveals memorable views north and west. There is bush camping for self-sufficient walkers and the famed Heysen Trail also winds this way.
