For travellers on the Yunta to Arkaroola road, the ruins of this long-abandoned gold mining town, 35 km north of Yunta, make a convenient overnight spot. Camping is permitted in the vicinity of the ruins only; the surrounding areas are private property. Bring in wood and water.
